I checked my wholesale ebook store ranking by typing “wholesale ebook” into Google and out of 5,740 pages, I’m sitting, oh! This blog is sitting on the 9th position on the 1st page. After a few days of tweaking, and ‘underground link building’, I got to that position.
But that’s not my main concern.
The best ranking result is from Alexa, and I didn’t see this one coming…
This wholesale e book store ranking on Alexa drop like a rock! Everything was negative. Hell! But it’s Ok because you know what, so far Alexa is really on the back-seat for updating a website info.
I guess getting a drop after tweaking is normal, and since the ‘pageview’ at Alexa did not reflex my ‘real pageview on site’ based on Awstat, this whole ranking business is trivial.
I have a new priority now: how to get ranked for keywords related to wholesale ebook store site naturally i.e with SEO.

Alexa rankings can’t be the sole determinants of measuring a sites importance and popularity as alexa.com/data/details/main/fortunehotels.in rankings do not take into account all the browser types like Windows Vista etc.
